Hi, I am Kristi. Creator of KHOP, which came about when my workout team named our workouts in my garage/backyard, K’s House of Pain. I like to say the P is for Purpose, Potential, Pull-ups. But there’s always purpose with the Pain. A good lesson in life I suppose.
Wife, Mother of 2, and lover of most things.
I love working with the body, heart, and mind to develop the best version of you possible!
I am an extrovert. In fact I am already your best friend you just don’t know it yet.
I use fitness as an avenue to bring WHOLENESS in all areas of life. Empowering men and women to be disciplined in fitness, nutrition, and care of their soul is so exciting for me to see. As a former basektball coach and highschool and college basketball player I love to coach and build TEAM. I feel like people who are encouraging, challenging, and celebrating others is one of the greatest things you could ever experience. I had the blessing of experiencing that when I was younger and now get to practice it daily with our KHOP TEAMS.
A friend of mine who is smart and has a husband who is super smart, once said, "discipline breeds discipline." Which I am sure is a quote of someone else really smart, but I am too lazy to look it up. I love that quote and believe it with all my heart. Discipline in health brings confidence and security into all areas of life. I sincerely believe that through a community of PUSHERS, ENCOURAGERS, and GOAL CRUSHERS we can journey to WHOLENESS=(lacking or wanting nothing, complete)
We may all have different individual goals, but we are ALL instrumental in helping one another accomplish them. We CELEBRATE WHOLENESS TOGETHER.
Things I love:
Christ
My Husband the stud fitness introvert who balances me. Our goal is to see who can crush each other in workouts. Really romantic stuff!
My sweet peace Holden
My joyous love Carter Mae
My community of sick (as in sick-amazing) KHOP gals
The color turquoise
Fresh flowers
Pull-ups
Decorating and home décor- if I could decorate your entire house, cook you a paleo meal after YOU grocery shopped (I hate grocery shopping), and then take you through a sweat session it would be the perfect day for me.
Senior Citizens (Random but I love me some wise older peeps)
Anything that has to do with a tire, sled, handstand, or bar (the one you put weights on)
Coaching and encouraging others to become who Christ truly means them to be.
YOU!
