So the kettle bell. I love it. It is functional, you can do a million things with it, it makes you feel tough as nails when you swing that bad boy around. You can do everything you can with a dumbbell with a kettle bell and more.
Here are some of my favorite kettle bell movements:
Swing
One arm snatch
Goblet squat
Farmer's carry (which I hate, but they serve a good purpose)
Swing around body
Bent over Row
Deadlift
Shoulder high pull
Turkish get-up
KHOP KETTLEBELL WORKOUT:
After dynamic warm-up: Squats, push-ups, run 200 meters, skip, hops

1 minute work/1 minute rest for 5 minutes of around the world.
3-5 rounds:
8/8 one leg deadlift with kettlbell
20 swings
10 highpull
400 meter run
