Breakfast cookies:
1 cup raw almond butter
1 egg
1/4 cup of raw honey or maple syrup
3 cups of total mix ins of choice (example: fruit, choice of nuts, flaxseed, dark choc chips, dried fruit)
1/2tsp vanilla
1/2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350. combine all ingredients until blended. Drop by tablespoon onto greased or silpat lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Dinner

The KEY is the Tandoori BBQ seasoning from Whole Foods. Coat liberally on any fish filets. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. While that is cooking make salsa:
Salsa:
1 mango, 1 tomato, 1/2 red onion, 1 jalapeno, handful of cilantro chopped, squeeze of a lime, salt and pepper and TBS of olive oil
Brown Rice: Cook regular Brown rice and after it is cooked add handful of cilantro, 3 minced cloves of garlic, Mortons Nature's seasoning
1 lb of hamburger meat, mix with 3 cloves of minced garlic, Mortons Natures seasoning or just salt and pepper and a handy does of Worcestershire sauce. Maybe 2 TBS. Make into patties and drizzle with olive oil. Place on grill
Rosemary fries: Cut up 6 potatoes, mix in bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper, 3 stems of rosemary chopped and 3 cloves of minced garlic, bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Turning sides halfway through.
Tomato and cucumber salad: Dice 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 red onion, 5 leaves of basil, 1 TBS olive oil, salt and pepper.
Boil Gluten free brown rice pasta.

Drain pasta, then I add 2 cloves of garlic cut up in small pieces, cut up bacon, salt and pepper and olive oil. One of our favorite fast meals.
