Battle ropes are a great little burner...
They can be used when you only have a few minutes of time to workout in a tabata style workout. Or they can be used as buy-in to a great shoulder workout. I tie mine to the kettlbells I mentioned in the last post.
Or you can tie to a basketball goal or something study.
