Definition of tabata: “Tabata” is the name of a particular type of workout program that provides similar health benefits to that of cardio workouts, but Tabata has a bit more spice. All you really need to know, is your going to sweat like my friend Carrie for 12 minutes. You need a timer, a small space, and let me think....oh wait, nothing else. (easy peezy)
If I could go to every tired, busy, don't-have-time-for-hours-of-exercise person and explain to them the benefits of these type of intervals I would.
So grab a friend, a timer, (I have the HIIT timer app on phone), and get your sweat on for 12 minutes.
