So Christmas week is definitely my hardest week to do any type of physical activity besides getting up to get coffee or hot chocolate and then sitting my butt back in my comfy chair in my pjs. Like, I may not get out of my PJ's for DAYS, ya'll. So my bestie trainer-friend-bad-mama Tiffany Gwynn and I put a some workouts together for you. Your goal is to get in 3 REALLY good sweat it all out, workouts in this week. Because we know you're going to eat cookies and what not. It's a week of gluttony for most, let's not be that most.

54321 hang clean to front squat: SUB DB clean to thruster or if you don't have weights sub squat and burpees
