I sauteed spinach for about 2 minutes in garlic and TBS of olive oil. Mixed with quinoa that was already cooked. Added my eggs over easy and cooked in left-over bacon grease (yep, bacon grease)
Dinner:
Steak/potatoes/asparagus with lemon zest and garlic
Steak: I just salt and pepper my steaks then put on grill.
Sautee asparagus with zest from one lemon and 2 garlic cloves minced
Baked potatoes

Bake any type of fish, we used halibut. I baked with tsp cayeene pepper, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2tsp of cumin.
Salsa:
One tomato, 1/2 onion, 1 jalepeno, bunch of cilantro, 1 avacado, TBS of olive oil, Juice of one lime. MIX ALL TOGETHER AND ADD TO TOP OF TACOS.
Pork chops with oregano viniagarette, brussel sprout and apple salad from Jessica
I marinated pork chops in the "Maggies Oregano Viniagerette" over night and then grilled them.
"Chef Maggie's Vinaigrette Dressing::
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Brussel sprout salad: Chopped up 10-12 Brussle sprouts and 1 apple. Sautee them in olive oil, juice of one lemon, salt and pepper. Sautee until tender.
