So this week at KHOP we are doing a Water Challenge.
DEETS:
- Drink 1/2 your weight in ounces daily

So here are a few my tips for getting that water down:
1. FIND A FUN WATER BOTTLE
This is not a joke. It's always more fun to carry around a colorful or different water container than a gross old plastic cup you got at Hideaway pizza. You can find these at Hobby Lobby in turquoise.
Add some flavor to that boring water with lemons, limes, grapefruit, strawberries, you name it!
There are a ton of benefits to starting your day with warm lemon water. I try to do this 3x a week. Yes, before my coffee, gasp!
Instead of coffee grab a green tea or my favorite night time tea YOGI (bedtime)
